Seña 2021 Classic | Cheers

Chilean wine property Seña has introduced the discharge of the 2021 classic onto the high-quality wine market.

Seña 2021 represents the Chadwick household portfolio.

Seña was created in 1995, a three way partnership between two pioneers in wine, Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi. Seña is grown below biodynamic farming rules within the Aconcagua Valley.

The 2021 classic of Seña is a mix of cabernet sauvignon, malbec, carménère and petit verdot, with ruby and violet hues, the corporate says Francisco Baettig, Seña’s Technical Director, explains, “The nostril reveals delicate notes of strawberries, cassis and rose petals, framed by hints of cloves, spice and cocoa. Pink fruit and blackcurrants, pastries and darkish chocolate make for a scrumptious palate the place the stress is completely balanced by the juicy acidity and fine-grained tannins, tracing a easy and vertical spine via the palate.
