Shark-cuterie –

Permit me to current: Shark-cuterie! How cute is that this? As a shark fanatic, arranging this board made me completely giddy. It’s the right Shark Week snack board!

Up the cuteness by utilizing seashells on the board, like I did right here for my lox. (Discover ways to make your personal gravlax right here.) Then roll salami slices up and tuck them underneath the seashell like barnacles. (Don’t skip the salami – that’s what makes it a charcuterie board! Charcuterie = cured meat. Please unfold the phrase. Nothing annoys me greater than meals bloggers who name one thing a charcuterie board that has no meat.)

I added inexperienced grapes and blueberries as a result of I favored the colour story for an ocean-themed charcuterie board. I lower white cheddar intro triangles to suggest shark tooth. Tuck some almond “fish meals” in any open spots and add contemporary dill for a seaweed look. What’s the story with the garlic goat or Boursin cheese? It’s merely scrumptious with lox and crackers!

Lox or smoked salmon
White cheddar, lower into triangles
Inexperienced grapes
Smoked almonds
Goat cheese or Boursin cheese
Contemporary dill

  1. Prepare selfmade Shark Crackers on a platter with lox, salami, white cheddar “shark tooth,” inexperienced grapes, blueberries, smoked almonds, goat or Boursin cheese, and contemporary dill “seaweed.” Serve instantly.
