I really like a great refreshing salad with a number of enjoyable flavors and this one hits the mark! I feel you’d going to like this Strawberry, Watermelon, Cucumber, and Mozzarella Salad with Raspberry French dressing!
This salad has so many layers of taste with the fruit, purple onion, basil, crispy almonds and salami. I like to recommend serving it with grilled meats, sourdough or different chilly salads for a refreshing summer season meal.
Strawberry, Watermelon, Cucumber and Mozzarella Salad with Raspberry French dressing

2 ounces salami, sliced into skinny strips
1/4 cup purple onion, sliced skinny
1 pound strawberries, hulled and slices
8 ounces Bocconcini, or contemporary mozzarella lower into bite-size items
1/2 English cucumber, peeled and lower into bite-size items
4 cups watermelon, cubed or scooped with a melon baller
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4 cup contemporary basil leaves, sliced into skinny strips
Warmth a big skillet over medium warmth for 1 minute. Place the salami in a single layer within the skillet and prepare dinner till crisp, turning the salami items with a pair of tongs as wanted. Take away crisp salami from the skillet and place on a plate to chill.
Place the purple onion on a bowl of ice water and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain.
Place the strawberries, cheese, cucumber, watermelon, almonds, basil, drained purple onion and crispy salami in a big bowl.
